Saída da China - Bye Bye China

Recebi apenas 12 dias de visto na minha ultima renovação em Xangai, pra variar, só percebi quando já estava em Kashgar, pois sempre me davam um mês. Por lei, a polícia de imigração pode me cobrar 500 kuai por dia de atrazo, com multa máxima de 5000 kuai e possível detenção de alguns dias, seguida de extradição caso o vencimento seja longo. Estava com o visto vencido por 3 dias.

No controle migratório tinha exército (verde) e polícia (azul), um piá de bosta vestido de verde se achava a maior autoridade e ficava gritando para os passageiros do nosso ônibus irem fazer o controle do passaporte, porém os azuizinhos estavam checando as bagagens no mesmo tempo. Típico chines, nem eles se entendem, imagine se eu vou tentar? Na hora do tradicional carimbo de saída, recebi apenas uma advertência verbal, dizendo que era a primeira vez que eu estava com visto atrasado, então ficaria apenas na bronca. Ainda bem que as 4 vezes que meu visto venceu, quando estive na China, apenas recebi advertência por ser a primeira vez :) Uma coisa eu tenho que admitir, a polícia chinesa é muito mais maleável do que parece, especialmente quando se trata de estrangeiros e que não seja época olímpica. Pra quase tudo na China dá-se um jeitinho.

O sorrizão no rosto por ter saído oficialmente da China, apesar de ainda estar em território chines, não se abalou nem com a descoberta de ter perdido o lugar no onibus e ter que sentar num banco improvisado na frente da porta. Bom, era desconfortável mas me permitiu registrar melhor a fantástica paisagem do Himalaia.

Mais atraso burocrático chines, quase todos os militares que passavam pelo ônibus, pediam pra que todos os passageiros (uns 13 paquistaneses, 1 chines, 1 tajique e eu) mostrassem a pagina do passaporte com o carimbo de saída. Foram uns 5 que queriam ver, um a cada 10 metros que o ônibus andava, acho que só mostrei mais vezes o passaporte quando atravessei a pé, a -20C, a fronteira entre a Áustria e a Hungria, a meia noite do ano novo.. os militares locais não entendiam porque eu estava fazendo aquilo, mas eu só queria pegar mais 90 dias de permanência saindo do país e não tinha dinheiro pro trem, mas isto já é outra história :-P

Para todos os passageiros lembrarem que ainda estavam em território Chines, um militar de uns 18 anos entrou no ônibus para fazer escolta até a fronteira, que ficava mais uns 30 minutos do controle. Ele era a autoridade máxima e não permitiu a parada nem pra um paquita que teve que mijar dentro dentro de uma garrafa e jogar pela janela.

I have got only 12 days from my last chinese visa in Shanghai, but I just realize when i was in Kashgar, because always they gave me 1 month. According to the chinese laws, the police can fine someone with expired visa in 500yuan each expired day with maximum fine of 5000yuan and possible arrest. I was 3 days illegal in China :-P

In the immigration control there was the army(green) and the police(blue), a young stupid green was playing a role of maximum authority there, while the blues was checking our baggage and ask each owner to open some bags, he was screaming loud to us go to the passport control. Very typical chinese, even themselves cannot understand each other, why should I try? In the pass control I just receive a warning because it was "my first time" with an expired visa. For lucky the other 4 times that my visa expire, I have received the same warning :) If no Olympic time, the chinese authorities are very soft with foreigners.

My BIG smile due the officially exit of China (but still in chinese territory) was not disturbed even when I discovery that I have lost my seat for "extra" passengers and have to seat in a improvised seat in front of the door... uncomfortable but much better to take pictures and see the gorgeous view of the Himalaya.

More chinese bureaucratic delay, almost all military guys that have past by the bus, asked all the passenger to open they passports in the stamped page, it was about 5 stops, each 10 meters. I just remember ounce that I did show my passport more times, it was when I have crossed walking the border between Austria and Hungary with minus 20C, midnight in the new year. The military guys and the police in the way did not understand why I was doing that, but I was only going "out-in" to get more 90 legal days in Austria and had no money to do that by train or bus... :-P

For all passengers (about 13 pakistani, 1 chinese, 1 tajik and me) dont forget that we was still inside chinese territory, a young green came together till the border. The chiniguy did not allow one guy to go out even to pee, he just did inside a bottle and the pee+bottle gone away by the window.
